Our experts provide training and consultancy to restaurant owners need assistance to learn how to use technologies for their activities and how to implement them in their daily work. The Foundation experts are available at different locations around the world. The aim of the Foundation is to share knowledge and professional experience in an easily accessible manner. Thanks to an interactive map, restaurant owners can check how many experts are available in their location and contact one of them to request a training.

Who can become a volunteer?

Everybody who speaks English and has some previous knowledge or experience with digital technologies and digital marketing and want to contribute to the digital development of the environment around them. There are no restrictions for country of origin. The English language requirements are necessary because of the communication in English with Foundation staff. The volunteers will be trained in different topics related to the use of digital solutions in restaurant industry.

How and when are conduction the free training courses?

All courses are conducted online in a time suitable for the volunteer. The courses represent video training, each one with the duration of maximum one hour. The full training includes 10 videos and a final multiple-choice exam. In order to be accepted in the program, the volunteer should pass the exam which will certify their knowledge. Moreover, one time per year it takes place a refreshing and updating training. During their work, the volunteers will be fully supported by the Foundation team and will be provided with all the necessary materials and information concerning the received training request by restaurant owners.

Travel and other expenses

Cost of bus, train tickets, car mileage or parking expenses will be covered by the Foundation.
